Well, fanfic is a lot like a movie: you need to suspend your disbelief to a certain point. But yes, many fic writers do not understand the prostate. Hell, many people in general don’t get it. What is it? Where is it? What does it do? These days, it’s seen as a ticking time bomb for middle-aged people, but it’s not that at all. It’s a gland. A muscular gland.
