Computers!

So I’m looking into investing in a mac but I need a ton ass more information. This is 1000 bucks I’m throwing out so I need some on the real talk.

How long does it last? This computer I have currently started to sort of self destruct after a year. This is fucking awful. I need something that’s going to last a very long time.

How are the features? Is it easy to use? my mother is legally blind (and old, ROFL) and so she needs simplicity. We’re going to buy the desktop for her. I know the screen is big but unfortunately that’s not enough. Ease of use is extremely high on the list of needs.

Any other information would be great to have. Please take note that neither my mom or I are hipsters and give no shits about the aesthetics. We do not give a shit that’s it modern so please don’t say that’s an ~important~ feature. It’s absolutely pertinent that the computer have more going for it than a “cool ass keyboard.”

iPod difficulties.

How much can 8GB hold? I have a so called 8GB iPod nano and it’s almost completely filled up with 230 songs. I googled it and it said 8GB holds like 5000 and I was like “THERE’S NO WAY”

Anybody have any idea why my ipod only holds so much?
